I'm trying to get my cupcakes to come out like Suite 106's cupcakes.

@AAtKT ‍ is right, use enough (dense) batter. Start at high heat,  375-400 degrees F. After 7 or 8 minutes turn heat down to approx 350 F and finish baking.

it's just a matter of getting the right recipe and amount in the right tin and mimi has a great formula there -- trial and error otherwise
