How To Make The Jurassic World Logo I've Been Seeing On All The Cakes Lately?

Hi, cakers! I've been off of CC for awhile, but my grandson wants a Jurassic World cake and I've been looking at lots of them. So many of them have the JW logo on them and they are all perfect. Does anyone know how they are making them? Does it require something like a cricut machine?
