Anyone ever hear of much less make one??   I just pulled one out of the oven.  Found the recipe on the internet.

No never heard of it, what does it taste like?

Will it count as my  daily serving of  vegetables?

Oh..... yeah..... tomato fruit or vegetable?

Seriously is it like zucchini bread?

Well it's a 'heavy' cake something like a zucchini bread but still more cake like.  I didn't actually taste it.....I cut in into 1 1/2" pieces and gave it to my neighbors.  I found the raisins in it distracting......I'm not suppose to eat raisins.   Someone threw away almost 100 - tiny marble to 'patio'  sized - tomatoes plus about 2 doz baseball sized ones.   I made the cake and a big gr tom pie.  I've done the pie many times before....it's good.  Tastes somewhat like an apple pie :)  Still have enough to make at least one more cake or a smaller pie but have other important things to do tomorrow.
