All,

I am interested in purchasing a Blodgett Half Size Oven for my cake decorating business. Can anyone tell me if a 14 inch round or 14 inch square would fit.

Thanks in advance!!!

It's a maybe -- they are designed to hold 13x18 half sheet pans -- the seller should be able confirm/deny this for you

not to mention that full convection is not always the best for cake baking --

i never had to do this for my ovens but when I bought fridges, I'd take my largest cake board with me to be sure it would fit in there-- so if you're buying local -- I'd take that 14" cake pan and see how it does but personally it might not be the right oven for you --

in fact, I would recommend baking a cake in it first

K8memphis idea about the cake boards is excellent. I have only used the double covection ovens, and never had a problem I did have a coworker who always over baked cake. they cook a lot faster than you think. Be very watchful when baking cookies, they can get over cooked fast.
