I am doing a cake with a frozen buttercream transfer.
My question is this, should I apply the buttercream transfer onto the cake the day of the party or should I apply it the day before and let it sit in the fridge overnight?

I've seldom used them but when did It usually was put on a room temp cake and left at room tempt.
