Frozen "hi Wip" Egg Whites In Smbc

I was at Restaurant Depot picking up supplies and saw "High Wip" frozen egg whites. Package says its good for baking, custards and meringue. I forgot to check ingredients. 

 I usually use their refrigerated liquid egg whites with good results, but haven't seen them before. Anyone have any experience with this product?
