What color blue would you use for Captain America?

If you were going to go the route of using wilton icing gel colors, I would use royal blue for Captain America. That's my personal opinion but I think it's the best for Cap and the color blue for his uniform exactly. Maybe even mix it with a drop of black to just darken it a little?
