I have a wedding this Saturday at 6PM.  I have already torted, filled and stacked this SBC wonder.  I plan on decorating it Saturday morning.  Should I store it in the fridge, cold oven or counter?  I recently read somewhere not to refrigerate SBC.  Thanks for any help.
