That cake is stunning and I would LOVE to know how you did that bottom tier! I'm still learning all the cool things that can be done, but that's awesome!

Thank you!! The ruffles are so easy, I just used a circle cutter and thinned the edges, then ruffled them and used water to glue them onto the cake :)

KStreet2013 I think they have a video on youtube of that same type of design and they show you how to do it. Looks like fondant to me so I would go to youtube and type in fondant ruffles and watch some of the videos. You can learn so much there then you can practice what you see. Good luck!!
