Good morning lovely people,

Several weeks ago (maybe longer), someone posted a video about making a chocolate lace. Not the sugar veil, but using chocolate in the silicone mat.

I have been searching on Google for 2 days looking for it and all I can find is the sugar veil. I've also searched this site and can't seem to locate it anywhere.

Can someone help?

Yesterday, I tried it for the first time. Poured my melted chocolate on the lace mat, cleaned it up really good (may have taken too long as the chocolate started to harden before I could finish cleaning it up), but when i went to take the mat off, the lace crumbled. I tried removing the mat from the chocolate and the other end, I tried removing the chocolate from the mat.

Any help
