Hey everyone, looking for some advice. I have a wedding this weekend where the cake will have a wide fondant band around each tier (the cakes will be covered in buttercream) which will have a painted pattern on the fondant in silver dust /vodka. I am concerned about keeping it chilled (before and after) and having enough working time for this, but am afraid of condensation or tackiness ruining the painted detail. I'm in SoCal so I usually don't have to deal with too much condensation like I did in FL, but enough tackiness that I'm not sure what it will do in this case. It is a close friend's wedding too, so even more desire for it to be perfect! Thanks in advance guys, any suggestions or advise is very much appreciated.

As long as you don't touch it as it warms up it should be fine.
