I was asked to make a Pittsburgh Penguins cake with their logo on to. I'm wondering, since there are lots of little lines, what's the best medium? Fondant? Royal icing? Ive never used royal icing yet but from what I can see, people do a lot of detailed designs with it. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!
I did a Pittsburgh Penguins cake around 2 years ago, and we hand painted the logo using an edible marker. It was quite easy!
