Where are you?  Your location will determine what is available to buy.

Thank you for replaying. I am in MA and it will have to be electric where the store will be.  Any suggestions?

Will you be baking mostly cakes? Deck (pizza type ovens) are good. I've used Hobart and Blodgett which are both decent. Convection ovens are popular now; if you go that route try finding one with an off switch for the fan. I suggest you call businesses selling used restaurant equipment and ask what they have in stock. Also, call technical high schools with baking programs and speak with the instructors. Good luck.
