I'm making this cake with swiss meringue buttercream instead of covering with fondant. I'll be using fondant to make the crown, stars, and lasso/rope. Do you think the buttercream will hold up once it gets to room temp. Also the client will have to travel with the cake as well to get to their party location. Thanks for any info.
