Hello!

Can anyone please help me how to store this cake? Im a beginner and I'm trying to see if I can cover a chiffon cake wih whip cream icing and filling  with fondant. I've done several chiffon cakes  with whip cream icing but my client wants it cover with fondant this time. Any suggestions and how do I store it? thanks a bunch!

In my experience, mixing fondant and whipped cream together is a big no-no lol Now, you might be able to use a mock whipped cream frosting that might work under the weight of the fondant, but I am not sure what your client expects it to taste like, lol. Perhaps someone that knows a but more about it will help you out, as I usually do cupcakes and the like and not cakes lol
