Hello Everyone! I am in need of some help. I  would like to make a book cake to serve 40 people. The design I have in mind is 3 individual book cakes stacked on top of each other. I saw some really great designs, but I am not sure what size cake pans I should use to feed forty people. I would like each one to vary slightly in size. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you relaxed.png

If you use 7x11 sheet pans they'll be about 15 servings each, so that would be enough.

This is a youtube tutorial for exactly what you just described! The only thing is I'm not 100% certain how many people it said it would feed. But, I find these tutorials super informative and pleasant to watch.
