I use the SPS for all my tiered cakes and love it. I will be making a 4-tier wedding cake that will be very heavy--two of the tiers will be a 4-layer cake and cheesecake combo (2-layers of each in each tier). Has anyone ever had an issue with SPS not holding the weight of their cakes? If so, what alternative did you use? Thanks
Nope. Works every time. I had a 6 tier fondant covered cake once that caused the cake drum to bow a bit as I was moving it, but the SPS held it fine.
