I know floral wire is not good to use. And I do not like having to tell customers not to eat the fondant on the floral wire because it could make em sick. I saw that duff Goldman makes some cake wire cakes. Has anyone used this before is it safe to put directly in cakes (I would put a coffee straw in the cake and place the wire in it anyways) but would it be safe to eat the fondant off of the cake wire? Thanks
