So I'm making a mother's day cake. The middle cake will be a double barrel, ganache frosting. How do I use the sps system to place the top cake on top of the middle double barrel cake since there will be a board in the middle of the double barrel? Would I use the 4" column? Would that rip the cake? Thanks!
I have never used sps systems but my guess would be to fill and layer separately and then insert sps right after crumb coating.
