Hello everyone,

I am going to be getting my cottage food Liscence. You can't bake any cakes that have to be refrigerated what suggestions for recipes and fillings besides buttercream and chocolate?

You can use any cake mix then 'enhance' it by using different liquids, flavorings, pudding or jello mixes, etc.  There is a huge thread on this site of gourmet cake flavors that could help you.
