I already main whipped cream with heavy cream and confectioners sugar, if i wanted to change it to chocolate would i mess it up by just adding the coco powder after the fact.
Cocoa is not very sweet so maybe it would be better to melt some chocolate to add in. In whip cream I always add stabilizer so whip cream holds up in refrigerator for longer period of time. I am just a hobby baker. Hopefully, someone here will have the right answer for you. You could even make some chocolate buttercream and mix the two together. Let's see what others come up with.
