Does anyone know of a good egg substitute to make the WASC?   I am doing a 5 tier wedding cake in the WASC method, bride is allergic to eggs so would like to do one of the layers eggless for her, any idea so consistency looks and tastes the same??  (Especially the rising of the cake)...
