Hi everyone! I'm looking for a little advice. I am just starting out with my cake business. I signed up to be a vendor at a craft/bake sale. I figured it would be a good place to start. I plan on selling cupcakes, and some iced sugar cookies. I may also bake a small cake to sell. The bake sale is on a Saturday morning so I am trying to plan when I should bake everything. How far ahead of time can I bake my cupcakes and cookies?  Any suggestions will be appreciated!

The cupcakes/cake can be baked several days ahead of time, I usually bake mine 2-3 days before the event. Cookies should be done the day before in my opinion :)

I usually bake a few days before with cake, it gets crumb coated so it doesn't dry out. As long as you store them in air tight containers you'll be fine a few days ahead. Depending on your cookie icing, it may take a full day for the icing to dry.
