I am having trouble figuring out the serving size for a number 5 shaped cake. And the pricing for it.
Is it a Wilton pan? Most of those take one cake mix/batch of batter therefore serve 15 to 20. One way to judge how much a pan holds is to fill w/water, then measure that to see how many cups of batter it will hold. Once you know that compare it to the recipe you use. If it is equal to one cake mix the above info is right on. Pricing is a whole other matter. There is sooooo much that goes into pricing and there are lots of threads that discuss it. Please
