I am making bundt cake for a wedding of 300 people.  It will be cut and plated with strawberries , a drizzled sauce and whip cream.  I have yellow cake mixes.  What are some of the best recipes out there to doctor up the box cake?? There will be no frosting on the cake so I want the cake to be really really good.  These will have to be frozen the month before.
