Hello everyone! Was wondering if people could give me some information! I'm looking to make chocolate lollipops out of my home and was wondering if they're any requirements on this? Also for selling at a flea market! Apparently from what I can find online if you make less than 1,000 a month they,re no requirements but not sure how accurate this is! Making  these done require any temperature requirements. I'm located in Pennsylvania. Thanks :)

I am not from Pennsylvania, but this is what I have been able to find online and I do believe it has to do with all baking/cooking/chocolate/candy/etc.
