What a monster of a cake!!!

the florist can retire

a 25 pound dress wears me out just thinking about it 

didn't see any lovey dovey-ness just a big display of wealth -- i'm sorry the other son died (much earlier)  i think this wedding was possibly a tribute to him too in part -- celebration combined both young men's weddings maybe --

makes me long for a corny candy buffet, some burlap ribbon and plastic forks kwim

Ya...looks like they told the planner (s) "spend as much money as you can"! Money doesn't buy class...proven once again :D

This is crazy. I can think of a billion other uses for a billion dollars. I mean, to each its own, but I believe in somewhat moderate weddings. I also feel kind of blah about celebrities performing at such events. I mean, they get paid and all, and we all want to get paid... 

But this one is definitely more show, than class or heart. 

The cake is just big. that is all it is. Huge. 

Was also disappointed by the cake. Yes it's huge, massive...but that's about it. Just a big blown up version of a quite average cake. Shame!

I thought the cake stopped being a cake after passing a certain size. It just became a pile of white and pink to the eye.
