Hi, im very new to this forum, and pardon me for my bad english, but i have a problem that maybe you can help.
So, i'm baking a choco banana pie and the chocolate keeps craking, but not all the time, it's like every 2 pies from 5 are craking, i'm confused because i always store it in a chiller with constant temprature. Any suggestion please? Thank u so much for your time
I think the chocolate is cooling too fast causing it to crack. Are you putting it directly into the fridge after you pour the melted chocolate on the pie?
