Good evening, so I am making a two layer sheet cake but can I fill pan half way and put parshment paper and then fill remainder or pan for second layer and bake and it cook fine? 


Also  customer wants fruit in filling would you make a compot filling or just put fruit chunks in frosting and layer it. 


Third customer wants cantolope, honeydew and strawberries. How can I make that in filling.
