I was asked by a repeat customer to see if I could make a silver design similar to the one of the top two tiers of this cake for a sweet 16th cake. I told her I was unfamiliar with the decorating technique, but that I would check. Does anyone know how this is achieved and what is used to make it (I can see the silver sugar beads, but beyond that...)? Thanks so much!
