Hey ladies,

I would really appreciate any ideas about this as I am actually panicking. I will be holding out a cookie decorating class for easter this friday for 20-30 ladies. This is volunteer work for a Ladies labor camp for a cleaning company.

I am thinking of baking 150 cookies to give each lady around 4 cookies to decorate.

How can I keep it simple for such a large group? and what icing is best to use for cookies? Should I use pipping bags or squeeze bottles?

Any general ideas for how to go about this will help.

Thanks so much!

Oh my, good luck. That's a lot of people. I'd do three or four designs, demonstrate how to do them, then let them do what they want. I'd suggest that you do a communal "supply basket" kind of thing where you have a container for a group of 3 or 4 people that have the materials they'll need and let hem share. Give everyone a basic container of royal icing but let them share the detail stuff. Making individual piping bags for 20-30 people isn't fun.
