Hello I'm making White chocolate truffle  cake filling.   I calls for white chocolate chips. I usually use the white  chocolate from staters or Vons.  Can I use the Chocolate melts in the bags I use for cake pops?  Thanks!

Yes you can.  It will have a slightly different taste.  

I would compare the ingredients. The likelihood is yes. Most white chocolate chips don't contain real chocolate. "White morsels"
