Hi there. I was wondering once I have iced a cake in meringue buttercream is it best to leave out for the night or in the fridge? Thanks heaps!!!!
If you're gonna eat it, you can leave it out. I use smbc and I always leave my family cakes on the counter unless it has a perishable filling. If you're planning on decorating or covering in fondant, throw it in the fridge. You'll want it well chilled so the butter hardens.
