Check out this website. She gives TONS of info. It is really great place to learn about BCT, chocolate transfers, gel transfer, cupcake cakes, filling cupcakes and more!

Have fun and be sure to post your pic when you get it done.

Thats what I was thinking !
I was going to make a half sheet with a blue back ground and different sizes of hot air ballons flying with clouds or just cup cakes with a different style ballon on each .
but this gives me a chance to try somthing new .

You know how we can come up with all kinds of ideas
Its soo funny I look at things and say I could put that on a cake or I want to try that color . icon_smile.gif
My mind goes a mile a minute when I start getting ideas !

Next up cake carving !! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Have any of you actually served the cupcake cake? It looks interesting. I'm afraid that when pulled apart, there would be icing everywhere. Is it kid-friendly?

I haven't actually served it but have seen the teachers and my friend serve the ones I made. I suggested they take a knife and run it around them but they just pulled them out one by one with their fingers with no problem. If you put your fingers on the liners, you get a little icing on your hands but not very much at all. As long as you make your icing not to thin and keep the gaps to a minimum, it really doesn't sink between the cupcakes. Kinda defies gravity and sits above the spaces between them, LOL. I really like them thumbs_up.gif .

Hope that helps.
