Hi everyone!

i was wondering if someone could help me. i recently purchased an Epson Workforce 2650 printer and i bought the edible ink but now that i am trying to install it, it keeps giving error message tat says that the ink is not recognized. Please Help!!

Where did you get the edible ink cartridges? you should probably get in touch with them, they might have some ideas on what to do.

I checked on the icing images website...Make sure any plastic wrap-type tabs have been removed from the cartridges, and clean the contacts on the cartridges and in the printer with a little rubbing alcohol to remove any ink that's on the contacts.
