What kind of cutters do you think she used to make the flowers on this cake? And where can I purchase them?

say i only had a small leaf or heart cutter -- i'd roll the material out thicker cut it out then roll it again to make it the size i want -- you could use a five petal rose cutter too --

I don't think it is a special cutter. I think it's a regular petal cutter, but puting an impression down the middle with the pointed end out, and pinching the curved end to be the overlapping edge.
