tell me any and all tips for baking in this pan please!
- what temp do you use and how long do you cook for? I have seen recommendations for lower temps and longer bake times, I typically bake on 325 anyway, would you go lower than that?
-how much are you looking to fill this pan so it doesn't overflow? I am thinking of using my recipe for a 7" cake which is as follows:
- 2 3/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 tsp good quality vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, 1 yolk, room temperature
- 1½ cups buttermilk
