Why isn't CakeCentral doing anything to stop its members from sending phishing and spam emails? Anyone has a suggestion on how to get CC to start doing something?

Click the little "help" button at the top of the page and it will let you send them a message. They might not be aware that people are sending emails, but I think it's against their terms of service to contact members off the site that way.
Yes, I did that and no answer. I think the easier way out is to simply unsubscribe--which I can't figure out since I get no answers to this question either. Thanks for trying to help.
