Hi I am wondering if anyone has used Russian nozzles yet. I have a bunch of them but can't find any directions on how to use them. I can find a few things on YouTube but it isn't enough info.
I haven't used mine yet, but I was told the frosting has to be pretty stiff, and just a straight up right pulp. Also the surface has to be frosted for them to stick.
I call those "plop" flowers because that's how you handle those tips.
I made the Wilton/Crisco recipe for barrier for a cake & wasn't too excited over the 2 tips I tried so far. 1st I used the stiff & then I made it thinner. If anyone finds a buttercream recipe that works well, let me know! I was thinking of trying them with the Buttercream Dream recipe.
