$5.00-$5.50/serving for this cake sound about right?  I'm thinking $150 to serve 20-25 is reasonable.  What do you all think?[postimage id="2560" thumb="900"]

For 3D cakes I'd charge more because of the time. A cake like that will be really dinky if it only serves 20 people, so I'd not base it on the serving count. I'd charge about $250 for it at a minimum.

yes at least but at that price -- i'd probably get one of these and save me some time energy and ingredients
