I am looking for demographic information on sheet cake sizes sold in the US. Can anyone give me a push in the right direction on where to find this info? More specifically, I am looking for the size of sheet cake that is the highest volume seller commercially.

Thanks for he help with this...!!

Well, that's an odd question :)

Not sure where you would find that.  Can't think of why anyone would track that nationally that you could ask.  Maybe if you check with many bakeries, some from each state, you could get an idea??

I would guess it's the 1/4 sheet size, just a guess though....

You can probably get in touch with the Retail baker's association. They do reports on sales trends etc. http://www.retailbakersofamerica.org/
