I have never done a "Bar" for a wedding. Usually its just desserts or the wedding cake. I am setting up a Smores bar for a Wedding reception along with the desserts & cake. I know what my price is for all of the supplies. What should I do for the set up and use of all of my materials? Thanks for any input.
Supplies costs, I assume you mean plates, serving tongs, chocolate warmer??? That is like any other rental, 1/3 of retail replacement cost of each item "rented" plus a deposit.
Set up fee, an hour or two, billed at your regular rate... depending how elaborate the set up is.
