I found a lovely recipe for a blueberry velvet cake but it calls co raspberry vinegar. I cannot find it locally.
Does anyone have ideas for a substitute?
apple cider vinegar or white balsamic plus cooked down strained raspberry juice from fresh or frozen
or some raspberry wine with a little vinegar in it
just depends on how much raspberryful flavor you need it to be -- my first idea gives more flavor and control
