I am making a cake for tomorrow. I made a fondant figure for the topper. Its a character that is a plant so the body it like a stem and it has a big head. Well it is kind of heavy and I used wilton's cake pick to stick in it. Because the head is so big I feel like its not sitting straight on the cake. What can I do to help it to be more sturdy in the cake? The cake pick goes all the way through the cake. Please help!!

Not sure how much work it needs but for future reference when you have a heavy item to go on the cake use Rice Crispy treats to mold the head and cover in fondant. It eliminates the weight.
