Hello everyone. I wanted to find out which are the most popular cakes amongst your clients? How many sponge cakes and fillings do you usuallu suggest to a client? Is a huge variety of cakes always good?
Geographic area is really important for your question. I assume not USA because we rarely refer to "sponge" cake unless specific to a fruit topped dessert.
Posting your area would generate better info for you I believe.
I'm just interested how it is in other countries. I'm from Russia. Here it is just vanilla cake, chocolate or red velvet are the most popular.
Same three for me in California, USA. It's interesting that red velvet is popular in Russia!
