My partner and I are starting a small dessert business called Sweet Vicinity. The concept is to provide catering of mini desserts, primarily in small cups. Examples of the kind of desserts we are making include mousse, mini cheesecakes, pannacotta, trifle etc. We even made strawberry watermelon cake in a cup.
