I need help from the professionals. I hit and miss on the stacking process. Some say to place the dowels a little above the cake and then some say even with the cake, and then some say a bit below the cake.
Will someone please clarify the correct method for me, please? I do pretty cakes, but there have been time where I saw the slantwardness in them and I am lead to believe it's doweling. I am doing more wedding cakes lately, so I need to be accurate. Can you please share some guidance with me?
Also, leveling technique as well.
