Hello!
I am new to baking. For my sons birthday I am doing a cupcake bar. I plan on frosting the cupcakes the night before and then the guests can decorate with various toppings.
What is the best frosting that won't harden overnight? I want to be sure when the guests put their candies and sprinkles on the toppings stick to the frosting and dont fall off.

Or just have two large bags filled with icing and a 1M tip. Two seconds to swirl and the kids like to watch. I did this with kids at a neighborhood event. I needed to watch them/ help them, so 5 kids at a time and small cups of toppings (if you give them a huge bowl, they will dump it ALL on, regardless how big the bowl is.
