Can you freeze creme Pat? I understand it's a custard effectively but don't want to wreck it
Wondering why you are going to freeze it, it keeps well in the fridge for quite a few days.
Because i was hoping to make it a week in advance to take the pressure of the actual day but it's no problem, i have other methods
Yes you can freeze it. Bring it to room temperature and then whip it up for piping or filling.
