I make desserts for a couple of local restaurants. My B2B prices are different than my prices for individual customers. Some of the businesses have become interested in gluten free cupcakes. What is a fair price to charge per gluten free cup cake?

There is no "fair" price. You figure it out the same way you did the other desserts you sell to the restaurants.
